Chair armrest static load test:
Handrail level test: 1. Utility load 45KG lasting 60S; 2. Standard load 68KG lasts 15S. There must be no structural functional damage.
Vertical test of handrail: 1. Utility load 750N lasts 60S; 2. Standard load 115KG lasts 15S. There must be no structural functional damage.
Armrest durability test:
Simulates frequent use of the armrest.
Apply the specified load and repeat the test 60,000 times.
Chair base static load test: Apply 1136KG pressure to the chair base twice, each time for one minute, if the chair foot does not break under this pressure, it is passed the BIFMA test requirements. Note: Some clients have different requirements.
Chair base impact test: apply 136KG load, at the height of 152mm, the highest and lowest state of the gas rod each impact once, if there is no damage, fracture, etc., it is in line with BIFMA requirements. Note: Some clients have different requirements.
Chair base durability test: Load 57KG, 100,000 reciprocating shocks at a height of 36mm.
Chair caster durability test: Simulate the movement of the chair on the ground. The load of 122KG is 2000 times of obstacle test on the wheel, and then 98000 times of barrier-free test, the wheel can not lose effectiveness after the test is completed, that is, it meets the BIFMA requirements. Note: Some clients have different requirements.
Chaircaster impact test: the load of 136KG at the height of 152mm, the highest and lowest state of the gas rod each impact once, the wheel can not be damaged, that is, to meet the BIFMA requirements.
Gas lift rotation test: load 122KG rotation Angle 360° (up and down error 10°), 5-15 rotation per minute, gas rod in the highest and lowest state of 60000 times, check whether the gas rod loses effectiveness, leakage, abnormal sound or damage and other problems.
Gas lift durability test: Simulate the lift function life of the chair. The gas rod is placed in the test station, so that the stroke is controlled at 60mm, the setting parameter is 120,000 times, and the gas rod cannot lose its function.
Backrest static load test:
1. Utility load 68KG lasting 60S; 2. The standard load of 102KG lasts 60 seconds. Structural functional damage (breakage and severe deformation) is not allowed.
Backrest Recline Durability Test:
Simulates repetitive reclining of the backrest.
Apply 600 N of force, recline 120,000 times; the backrest must remain fully functional.
